This policy covers the website umbra-noesis.com and Umbra-Noesis internal tools that connect to Google services, including the application UN-Vault-Drive.
UN-Vault-Drive
UN-Vault-Drive is a private, internal tool. It is used only by the owner of Umbra-Noesis LLC to copy his own files from his own local storage server to his own Google Drive account. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
- What it accesses: files and folders in the owner's own Google Drive, through the Google Drive API, using permission the owner grants to his own account.
- How the data is used: only to list, upload, update and read the owner's own files for backup and synchronization. Nothing else.
- Sharing: the data is not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI or machine-learning models.
- Storage and security: the access credentials are stored only on the owner's private server, readable only by the owner's account. File contents stay between the owner's server and the owner's Google Drive.
- Revoking access: access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account's "Third-party apps and services" settings.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This website
umbra-noesis.com does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms that collect personal information. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and pages load fonts and styles from public content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs, Tailwind CDN). Those providers may log standard request information, such as IP addresses, under their own privacy policies.
